Life-time Warranty

All Iron Man Tech products include a 2-year standard guarantee covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use.

This guarantee applies only if:

• The product has been used under normal conditions
  
• The defect is related to manufacturing or materials
  
• Proof of purchase is provided
  

This guarantee does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
  
• Cosmetic damage
  
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  

Customer Contribution (Own Risk Fee)

When making use of any warranty claim (2-year or lifetime), a fixed own risk fee applies based on the original purchase price of the product.

Own Risk Fee by Product Price Range

• Products priced $49.95 – $99.95 → $29.95 own risk fee
  
• Products priced $99.96 – $149.95 → $39.95 own risk fee
  
• Products priced $149.96 – $199.95 → $59.95 own risk fee
  

This fee covers handling, inspection, and administrative costs.

Shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
The own risk fee is non-refundable once the warranty process has started.
